Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 je: hodn\u011b cibule, mlet\u00e1 sladk\u00e1 paprika, s\u00e1dlo a pomal\u00e9 du\u0161en\u00ed bez mouky na zahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredience:<\/strong><br>pro 4 porce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 g <strong>hov\u011bz\u00ed kli\u017eky<\/strong> (nebo vep\u0159ov\u00e9 plece, jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 velk\u00e9 <strong>cibule<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 l\u017e\u00edce <strong>s\u00e1dla<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 l\u017e\u00edce <strong>sladk\u00e9 ma\u010farsk\u00e9 papriky<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 l\u017ei\u010dka <strong>mlet\u00e9ho km\u00ednu<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 strou\u017eky <strong>\u010desneku<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 <strong>raj\u010de<\/strong> (nebo 1 l\u017e\u00edce protlaku)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 <strong>zelen\u00e1 paprika<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>s\u016fl<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pep\u0159<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(voliteln\u011b: ostr\u00e1 paprika, such\u00e9 b\u00edl\u00e9 v\u00edno, p\u00e1liv\u00e1 klob\u00e1sa)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cibuli nakr\u00e1jej na jemno, orestuj na s\u00e1dle dozlatova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>St\u00e1hni z ohn\u011b, p\u0159idej <strong>papriku<\/strong>, zam\u00edchej.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vra\u0165 na ohe\u0148, p\u0159idej <strong>nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 maso<\/strong>, osol, opep\u0159i, p\u0159idej km\u00edn a \u010desnek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restuj maso, dokud nepust\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idej raj\u010de a papriku, podlij mal\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm vody (nebo v\u00edna).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dlouho a pomalu dust<\/strong> pod pokli\u010dkou (cca 1,5 hodiny), ob\u010das podlij tro\u0161kou vody a m\u00edchej.
