Na rozp\u00e1len\u00e9m oleji maso ope\u010d ze v\u0161ech stran dozlatova, a\u017e se zat\u00e1hne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cibule:<\/strong><br>P\u0159idej nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli na p\u016flkole\u010dka a restuj ji spole\u010dn\u011b s masem, dokud nezm\u011bkne a nezezl\u00e1tne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Raj\u010data a protlak:<\/strong><br>P\u0159idej na kosti\u010dky nakr\u00e1jen\u00e1 raj\u010data a l\u017e\u00edci raj\u010datov\u00e9ho protlaku. Kr\u00e1tce osmahni, aby se protlak rozvon\u011bl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ko\u0159en\u00ed:<\/strong><br>Vsyp \u010dervenou papriku, \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159, suchou ad\u017eiku, chmeli-suneli a s\u016fl. J\u00e1 to pe\u010du v troub\u011b na <strong>160 \u00b0C<\/strong> asi <strong>2\u20133 hodiny<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dokon\u010den\u00ed:<\/strong><br>Ke konci va\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159idej kousek m\u00e1sla, nasekan\u00fd koriandr a petr\u017eel.
