Je to jednoduch\u00e9, ale chu\u0165ov\u011b velmi v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed na paprice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Upozor\u0148uji, \u017ee verze na obr\u00e1zku je \u010dist\u011b zeleninov\u00e9 le\u010do bez uzenin a vajec a je prim\u00e1rn\u011b ur\u010deno k zava\u0159en\u00ed do sklenic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Suroviny <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>4\u20135 porc\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>800 g <strong>ma\u010farsk\u00fdch zelen\u00fdch paprik<\/strong> (tenk\u00e9, \u0161pi\u010dat\u00e9, sv\u011btle zelen\u00e9, ma\u010farsky <em>tv paprika<\/em>; u n\u00e1s se daj\u00ed nahradit tenkost\u011bnnou kapij\u00ed, ale nen\u00ed to \u00fapln\u011b ono. Sem\u00ednka se v\u011bt\u0161inou vyberou, ale n\u011bkdo nech\u00e1v\u00e1 i trochu pro chu\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Raj\u010data<\/strong> se spa\u0159\u00ed horkou vodou a oloupou, pak se nakr\u00e1j\u00ed na m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky nebo hrub\u0161\u00ed kostky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V kotl\u00edku nebo velk\u00e9m kastrolu se na <strong>s\u00e1dle<\/strong> vy\u0161kva\u0159\u00ed kousky <strong>slaniny<\/strong> (pokud se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159id\u00e1 se cibule a <strong>pomalu se sma\u017e\u00ed do sklovata<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vypne se plamen, vsype se <strong>mlet\u00e1 paprika<\/strong>, kr\u00e1tce se rozm\u00edch\u00e1, aby se nep\u0159ip\u00e1lila a podl\u00edt trochou vody, cca 100 ml.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Okam\u017eit\u011b se vlo\u017e\u00ed <strong>nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 papriky<\/strong> a chv\u00edli se dus\u00ed, a\u017e zm\u011bknou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idaj\u00ed se <strong>raj\u010data<\/strong>, osol\u00ed, opep\u0159\u00ed a cel\u00e9 se dus\u00ed pod pokli\u010dkou tak dlouho, dokud se paprika a raj\u010data nespoj\u00ed do \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 sm\u011bsi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 V\u00fdsledek m\u00e1 b\u00fdt <strong>\u0161\u0165avnat\u00fd, ne such\u00fd, ale ani pol\u00e9vka<\/strong>.
