Z\u00e1klad om\u00e1\u010dky je postaven\u00fd podobn\u011b jako rajsk\u00e1 na dom\u00e1c\u00edm ke\u010dupu. Nen\u00ed ale nutn\u00e9 si ho vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a zava\u0159ovat \u2014 pou\u017e\u00edt lze i kvalitn\u00ed raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak, ide\u00e1ln\u011b bez p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b s trochou soli, ale bez cukru. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je pot\u0159eba om\u00e1\u010dku dochutit podobn\u011b jako m\u016fj dom\u00e1c\u00ed ke\u010dup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Porce:<\/strong> 2\u20134 porce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept vyjde na 4 opravdu velk\u00e9, bachrat\u00e9 papriky. Pokud po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1te zhruba 200 g masa na osobu, jsou to sp\u00ed\u0161 2 syt\u00e9 porce. Prom\u00edchejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak, dom\u00e1c\u00ed ke\u010dup a podlijte 100 ml vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u011bs poduste asi 8 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vm\u00edchejte r\u00fd\u017ei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vypn\u011bte spor\u00e1k, p\u0159ilijte zbyl\u00fdch 100 ml vody, p\u0159idejte vejce a v\u0161e dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00edprava paprik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paprik\u00e1m od\u0159\u00edzn\u011bte vr\u0161ek kolem stopky tak, aby vznikl otvor na pln\u011bn\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Odstra\u0148te j\u00e1d\u0159inec, sem\u00ednka i vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u017eebra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papriky napl\u0148te p\u0159ipravenou sm\u011bs\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159\u00edprava om\u00e1\u010dky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"11\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cibuli a kapii nakr\u00e1jejte na mal\u00e9 kosti\u010dky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cibuli a kapii osmahn\u011bte dozlatova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte mouku a kr\u00e1tce ji osmahn\u011bte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte bobkov\u00e9 listy, nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dky, sko\u0159ici, mlet\u00fd pep\u0159 a s\u016fl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kr\u00e1tce prom\u00edchejte a zalijte 500 ml v\u00fdvaru nebo vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nechte asi 15 minut pova\u0159it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vyjm\u011bte bobkov\u00e9 listy a om\u00e1\u010dku rozmixujte dohladka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte dom\u00e1c\u00ed ke\u010dup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dosla\u010fte podle chuti. U m\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 l\u017ei\u010dky cukru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dokon\u010den\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"20\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do kastrolu nebo pek\u00e1\u010de vlo\u017ete napln\u011bn\u00e9 papriky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zalijte je p\u0159ipravenou om\u00e1\u010dkou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pe\u010dte v troub\u011b p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 160 \u00b0C p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 60 minut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sm\u011bs je pot\u0159eba ud\u011blat o n\u011bco slan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee r\u00fd\u017ee i paprika \u010d\u00e1st soli nat\u00e1hnou do sebe a v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 chu\u0165 by jinak mohla b\u00fdt m\u00e1lo v\u00fdrazn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru paprik se hod\u00ed vyb\u00edrat sp\u00ed\u0161 bachrat\u00e9 kusy, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e stoj\u00ed stopkou nahoru. L\u00e9pe se pln\u00ed a v pek\u00e1\u010di jsou stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dom\u00e1c\u00ed ke\u010dup lze nahradit kvalitn\u00edm raj\u010datov\u00fdm protlakem, ale bez cukru a zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed. Pak je pot\u0159eba p\u0159idat i dal\u0161\u00ed dochucen\u00ed tak, aby v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 chu\u0165 odpov\u00eddala dom\u00e1c\u00edmu ke\u010dupu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pod\u00e1vejte:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>s r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed, houskov\u00fdm knedl\u00edkem nebo i bez p\u0159\u00edlohy \u2014 podle velikosti porce a vlastn\u00ed chuti.
