V\u00fdvar ide\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ece\u010fte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do p\u0159ecezen\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru dejte no\u017ei\u010dky a k\u016f\u017ee a va\u0159te je v papin\u00e1ku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 35 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uva\u0159en\u00e1 srdce o\u010dist\u011bte od v\u0161eho, co v tla\u010dence nechcete, a nakr\u00e1jejte na kostky asi 15 \u00d7 15 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jazyky oloupejte, o\u010dist\u011bte a tak\u00e9 nakr\u00e1jejte na kostky p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 \u00d7 15 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koleno vykost\u011bte a i s k\u016f\u017e\u00ed nakr\u00e1jejte na podobn\u011b velk\u00e9 kostky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No\u017ei\u010dky oberte a spolu s uva\u0159en\u00fdmi k\u016f\u017eemi je umelete nebo nasekejte ve food processoru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do p\u0159ecezen\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru p\u0159idejte major\u00e1nku, su\u0161en\u00fd \u010desnek, nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 maso a rozsekan\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee s no\u017ei\u010dkami a dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voliteln\u011b m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159idat \u017eelatinu na vaje\u010dnou tla\u010denku.
