Op\u00e9kejte ji na st\u0159edn\u00edm plameni asi 2 minuty. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159idejte prolisovan\u00fd \u010desnek a op\u00e9kejte je\u0161t\u011b 1 minutu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ku\u0159ec\u00ed j\u00e1tra o\u010dist\u011bte, nakr\u00e1jejte na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kusy a p\u0159idejte je do p\u00e1nve k cibuli a \u010desneku. Nechte je asi 2 minuty op\u00e9kat, potom p\u0159ilijte 60 ml Metaxy a dal\u0161\u00ed 2 minuty nechte prova\u0159it, aby se alkohol odpa\u0159il.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obsah p\u00e1nve p\u0159endejte do mix\u00e9ru, p\u0159idejte 125 g studen\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9ho na kostky, 60 ml smetany ke \u0161leh\u00e1n\u00ed, osolte a opep\u0159ete. V\u0161e rozmixujte dohladka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hotovou sm\u011bs p\u0159epas\u00edrujte p\u0159es cedn\u00edk a rozd\u011blte do 2 misek o objemu p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 250 ml.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V rendl\u00edku rozpus\u0165te 80 g m\u00e1sla. L\u017e\u00edc\u00ed seberte b\u00edlou p\u011bnu, aby z\u016fstalo \u010dist\u00e9 p\u0159epu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 m\u00e1slo. T\u00edm p\u0159elijte povrch pa\u0161tiky v misk\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa\u0161tiku dejte chladit do lednice minim\u00e1ln\u011b na 2 hodiny.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u0161tiku je mo\u017en\u00e9 tak\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b teplou naplnit do \u010dist\u00fdch sklenic, zav\u00ed\u010dkovat a zava\u0159it.
