P\u0159idejte hov\u011bz\u00ed maso nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kostky a na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni ho velmi pomalu t\u00e1hn\u011bte <strong>2\u20133 hodiny<\/strong>, a\u017e bude \u00fapln\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e9. Pokud m\u00e1te tlakov\u00fd hrnec, m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt ten a dobu v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkr\u00e1tit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kdy\u017e je maso m\u011bkk\u00e9, vyjm\u011bte ho z hrnce a odlo\u017ete stranou spolu s <strong>300 ml v\u00fdvaru<\/strong>, ve kter\u00e9m se va\u0159ilo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do woku nebo \u0161ir\u0161\u00edho hrnce nalijte <strong>200 ml kokosov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka<\/strong> a zah\u0159\u00edvejte na st\u0159edn\u011b m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni, dokud se neza\u010dne odd\u011blovat kokosov\u00fd tuk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte <strong>massaman kari pastu<\/strong> a za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed ji restujte, dokud se nerozvon\u00ed a na povrchu se neza\u010dne znovu ukazovat tuk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte zbytek kokosov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka, p\u0159idejte uva\u0159en\u00e9 hov\u011bz\u00ed maso i odlo\u017een\u00fdch <strong>300 ml v\u00fdvaru<\/strong>.
