Do studen\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru nebo vody nasypte \u017eelatinu, p\u0159idejte \u0161petku soli a p\u00e1r kapek octa. Nechte 5\u201310 minut nabobtnat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nabobtnalou \u017eelatinu opatrn\u011b zah\u0159ejte, aby se rozpustila. Tak mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete oh\u0159\u00e1t v mikrovlnce: za\u010dn\u011bte asi <strong>5\u20138 sekundami p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu 600\u2013700 W<\/strong>, prom\u00edchejte a podle pot\u0159eby je\u0161t\u011b jednou kr\u00e1tce zopakujte. Sm\u011bs se m\u00e1 jen rozpustit, nem\u00e1 se va\u0159it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspik nechte zchladnout do vla\u017ena. Do majon\u00e9zov\u00e9ho p\u0159elivu pou\u017eijte jen <strong>1 l\u017ei\u010dku<\/strong>, tedy p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>6 g<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ipravte majon\u00e9zov\u00fd p\u0159eliv. Majon\u00e9zu pro\u0161lehejte s ml\u00e9kem, octem a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b vla\u017en\u00fdm tekut\u00fdm aspikem. Podle pot\u0159eby lehce dosolte. P\u0159eliv m\u00e1 b\u00fdt hladk\u00fd, jemn\u00fd a o n\u011bco \u0159id\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e samotn\u00e1 majon\u00e9za.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vejce p\u0159elijte majon\u00e9zov\u00fdm p\u0159elivem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ka\u017edou porci ozdobte <strong>3 kole\u010dky jemn\u00e9ho sal\u00e1mu<\/strong> sto\u010den\u00fdmi do kornoutk\u016f, tenk\u00fdm pl\u00e1tkem sterilovan\u00e9 okurky, prou\u017ekem kapie, trochou hr\u00e1\u0161ku a petr\u017eelovou nat\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud chcete ozdobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed proveden\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete z okurky vytvo\u0159it v\u011bj\u00ed\u0159ek. Sterilovanou okurku nakr\u00e1jejte pod\u00e9ln\u011b na pl\u00e1tek siln\u00fd asi 3\u20134 mm. Pl\u00e1tek n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t pod\u00e9ln\u011b na\u0159\u00edzn\u011bte, ale nedo\u0159\u00edzn\u011bte \u00fapln\u011b do konce, aby z\u016fstal na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b spojen\u00fd. Jednotliv\u00e9 prou\u017eky lehce rozt\u00e1hn\u011bte do stran jako v\u011bj\u00ed\u0159ek a pou\u017eijte jako ozdobu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka k aspiku<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspik je slan\u00fd \u017eelatinov\u00fd rosol. Do p\u0159elivu se d\u00e1v\u00e1 proto, aby byl lesklej\u0161\u00ed a po zchlazen\u00ed l\u00e9pe dr\u017eel na vejci. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vla\u017en\u00fd a tekut\u00fd \u2013 studen\u00fd u\u017e by tuhl a d\u011blal hrudky, hork\u00fd by mohl majon\u00e9zu po\u0161kodit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud aspik nechcete p\u0159ipravovat, m\u016f\u017eete ho v dom\u00e1c\u00ed verzi vynechat. P\u0159eliv pak nebude \u00fapln\u011b normov\u00fd, ale chu\u0165ov\u011b bude po\u0159\u00e1d v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbytek aspiku m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t do uzav\u0159en\u00e9 skleni\u010dky nebo mal\u00e9 misky do lednice a pou\u017e\u00edt pozd\u011bji. V lednici vydr\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b <strong>2\u20133 dny<\/strong>.
