Pot\u00e9 je sce\u010fte a prom\u00edchejte s tmavou s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dkou a 1 l\u017e\u00edc\u00ed oleje, aby se neslepily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vejce rozklepn\u011bte do misky a lehce pro\u0161lehejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve woku nebo na p\u00e1nvi rozeh\u0159ejte \u010d\u00e1st oleje, vlijte vejce a kr\u00e1tce je osma\u017ete, jen aby se srazila. Pot\u00e9 je vyjm\u011bte stranou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do p\u00e1nve p\u0159idejte zbytek oleje a kr\u00e1tce ope\u010dte nakr\u00e1jenou jarn\u00ed cibulku, nasekan\u00fd \u010desnek a chilli, a\u017e se rozvon\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte mungo kl\u00ed\u010dky a zprudka je restujte jen kr\u00e1tce, aby z\u016fstaly lehce k\u0159upav\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte nudle, osma\u017een\u00e1 vejce a na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kusy nakr\u00e1jenou \u010d\u00ednskou pa\u017eitku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dochu\u0165te sv\u011btlou s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dkou, \u00fast\u0159icovou om\u00e1\u010dkou, sol\u00ed a ku\u0159ec\u00edm buj\u00f3nem v pr\u00e1\u0161ku.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na siln\u00e9m ohni v\u0161e rychle prom\u00edchejte a kr\u00e1tce orestujte, a\u017e se chut\u011b spoj\u00ed.
