P\u0159idejte cibuli a na st\u0159edn\u00edm plameni ji restujte 3\u20134 minuty do zm\u011bknut\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vm\u00edchejte raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak a kr\u00e1tce ho orestujte, aby ztratil syrovou chu\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159isypte bulgur a dob\u0159e ho prom\u00edchejte, aby se obalil tukem a protlakem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zalijte v\u00fdvarem a vodou, osolte, opep\u0159ete a prom\u00edchejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ive\u010fte k varu, potom st\u00e1hn\u011bte plamen na minimum, p\u0159iklopte a va\u0159te p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15\u201320 minut, dokud bulgur nevst\u0159eb\u00e1 tekutinu a nezm\u011bkne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vypn\u011bte plotnu a nechte pilaf je\u0161t\u011b 10 minut doj\u00edt pod pokli\u010dkou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakonec ho na\u010dechrejte vidli\u010dkou.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pod\u00e1vejte:<\/strong> ke ku\u0159ec\u00edmu sot\u00e9, kebabu, grilovan\u00e9mu masu nebo jen s jogurtem a sal\u00e1tem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka:<\/strong><br>Hrub\u0161\u00ed nebo zlat\u00fd bulgur m\u016f\u017ee pot\u0159ebovat v\u00edc tekutiny ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00fd sv\u011btl\u00fd bulgur. Pokud je po dova\u0159en\u00ed st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 tuh\u00fd, p\u0159ilijte je\u0161t\u011b trochu hork\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru nebo vody a nechte ho p\u00e1r minut doj\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Varianta v r\u00fd\u017eovaru:<\/strong><br>Sm\u011bs si p\u0159ipravte na p\u00e1nvi stejn\u011b jako v postupu v\u00fd\u0161e. Po p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdvaru a vody ji p\u0159elijte do r\u00fd\u017eovaru a zapn\u011bte b\u011b\u017en\u00fd program na r\u00fd\u017ei. Po dova\u0159en\u00ed nechte bulgur je\u0161t\u011b 5\u201310 minut doj\u00edt a pak ho na\u010dechrejte vidli\u010dkou.
