P\u0159ive\u010fte k varu a va\u0159te podle po\u017eadovan\u00e9 tuhosti. Na vejce natvrdo po\u010d\u00edtejte p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10\u201312 minut od za\u010d\u00e1tku varu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uva\u0159en\u00e1 vejce ihned p\u0159endejte do studen\u00e9 vody a nechte je asi 5 minut zchladit. Pot\u00e9 je oloupejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud chcete, aby se vejce rychleji ochutila, ud\u011blejte do b\u00edlk\u016f n\u011bkolik m\u011blk\u00fdch z\u00e1\u0159ez\u016f. Vejce m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 rozp\u016flit, ale pak se budou marinovat rychleji a chu\u0165 bude v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsy nebo uzav\u00edrateln\u00e9 n\u00e1doby dejte s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dku, vodu, s\u016fl, cukr, ocet, jarn\u00ed cibulku, \u010desnek, koriandr, chilli, sezamov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka a sezamov\u00fd olej. V\u0161e dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte, aby se cukr a s\u016fl rozpustily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do marin\u00e1dy vlo\u017ete oloupan\u00e1 vejce. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt co nejv\u00edce pono\u0159en\u00e1. Pokud nejsou \u00fapln\u011b zakryt\u00e1, b\u011bhem marinov\u00e1n\u00ed je jednou a\u017e dvakr\u00e1t oto\u010dte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1dobu zakryjte a dejte do lednice alespo\u0148 na 2 hodiny, ide\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159es noc. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le se vejce marinuj\u00ed, t\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 budou m\u00edt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Marin\u00e1du je dobr\u00e9 p\u0159ed vlo\u017een\u00edm vajec ochutnat. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, slan\u00e1, lehce sladk\u00e1, \u010desnekov\u00e1 a jen m\u00edrn\u011b nakysl\u00e1. Pokud je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 siln\u00e1, p\u0159idejte trochu vody. Pokud je naopak slab\u00e1, p\u0159idejte trochu s\u00f3jov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky nebo \u0161petku soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocet pou\u017e\u00edvejte opatrn\u011b. V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee b\u00edlek bude tu\u017e\u0161\u00ed a gumov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
