Op\u00e9kejte rad\u011bji po d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, aby se maso p\u011bkn\u011b zat\u00e1hlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte z\u00e1zvor a \u010desnek a kr\u00e1tce orestujte, asi 20\u201330 sekund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte sv\u011btlou s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dku, tmavou s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dku, \u00fast\u0159icovou om\u00e1\u010dku, v\u00edno, cukr, \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 p\u011bti ko\u0159en\u00ed a raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak. Prom\u00edchejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte vodu nebo v\u00fdvar, prom\u00edchejte a p\u0159ive\u010fte k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu varu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hrnec nebo pek\u00e1\u010d p\u0159iklopte a duste na velmi m\u00edrn\u00e9m plameni <strong>2 a\u017e 2,5 hodiny<\/strong>, <strong>nebo<\/strong> vlo\u017ete do trouby p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na <strong>160 \u00b0C<\/strong> na stejnou dobu, dokud maso neza\u010dne m\u011bknout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pot\u00e9 p\u0159idejte brambory a mrkev, znovu p\u0159iklopte a pokra\u010dujte v du\u0161en\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b <strong>30 a\u017e 40 minut na spor\u00e1ku<\/strong>, <strong>nebo 35 a\u017e 45 minut v troub\u011b<\/strong>, dokud maso i zelenina nezm\u011bknou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je-li om\u00e1\u010dka na konci p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1, odklopte hrnec a n\u011bkolik minut ji zvolna zredukujte na spor\u00e1ku, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nechte kr\u00e1tce dop\u00e9ct bez poklice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakonec ochutnejte.
