Pot\u00e9 maso oberte od kost\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kusy ponechte a v\u00fdvar si nechte stranou. Pro autenti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed serv\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed ale m\u016f\u017eete oh\u00e1\u0148ku jen rozd\u011blit po obratlech a pod\u00e1vat ji v pol\u00e9vce i s kost\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010cesnek oloupejte a lehce rozm\u00e1\u010dkn\u011bte no\u017eem. Cibuli oloupejte a nakr\u00e1jejte na siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky. Raj\u010data nakr\u00e1jejte na kl\u00ednky. Bramboru oloupejte a nakr\u00e1jejte na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kostky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm hrnci rozeh\u0159ejte olej. P\u0159idejte \u010desnek, polovinu cibule a polovinu raj\u010dat. Kr\u00e1tce v\u0161e na vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm plameni prom\u00edchejte a asi 2 minuty restujte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte maso, p\u0159ilijte r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 v\u00edno a dolijte scezen\u00fd v\u00fdvar z oh\u00e1\u0148ky tak, aby byl z\u00e1klad dob\u0159e zalit\u00fd. P\u0159ive\u010fte k varu, potom st\u00e1hn\u011bte plamen a zvolna va\u0159te asi 1 hodinu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pot\u00e9 p\u0159idejte brambory, zbytek cibule, zbytek raj\u010dat, raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak a cukr. Va\u0159te je\u0161t\u011b asi 30 minut, a\u017e budou brambory m\u011bkk\u00e9 a chut\u011b se propoj\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakonec osolte podle chuti a ihned pod\u00e1vejte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh\u00e1\u0148ka dod\u00e1 pol\u00e9vce pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165 a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b siln\u00fd v\u00fdvar, ale po obran\u00ed masa z kost\u00ed se pol\u00e9vka j\u00ed pohodln\u011bji.
