P\u0159idejte maso a zprudka ho ope\u010dte, dokud se ze v\u0161ech stran nezat\u00e1hne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cibuli nakr\u00e1jejte na p\u016flm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dky nebo p\u016flkole\u010dka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte cibuli k masu a restujte ji spole\u010dn\u011b s masem. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je, kdy\u017e cibule za\u010dne hn\u011bdnout, ale nesm\u00ed se sp\u00e1lit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podlijte v\u00fdvarem nebo vodou podle pot\u0159eby. Sta\u010d\u00ed tolik, aby se maso mohlo dusit a sm\u011bs se nep\u0159ipalovala.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159iklopte a duste, dokud nen\u00ed maso m\u011bkk\u00e9 a cibule se neza\u010dne rozpadat. U vep\u0159ov\u00e9ho to bude krat\u0161\u00ed, u hov\u011bz\u00edho podle druhu masa d\u00e9le.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke konci p\u0159idejte glutaman sodn\u00fd, prom\u00edchejte a je\u0161t\u011b kr\u00e1tce prova\u0159te. Glutaman v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fdrazn\u00ed masovou a cibulovou chu\u0165.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na fotce je pou\u017eit\u00e1 \u010derven\u00e1 cibule, ale b\u011b\u017en\u011b se d\u00e1 pou\u017e\u00edt i klasick\u00e1 \u017elut\u00e1 cibule. \u010cerven\u00e1 cibule d\u00e1 j\u00eddlu tmav\u0161\u00ed barvu a trochu slad\u0161\u00ed chu\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se \u0161\u0165\u00e1va b\u011bhem du\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vydus\u00ed, p\u0159idejte mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody nebo v\u00fdvaru.
