J\u00e1tra o\u010dist\u011bte od \u017eilek a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kusy p\u0159ekrojte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do hrnce dejte vodu, s\u016fl, z\u00e1zvor a limetkovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu nebo ocet. P\u0159idejte \u017ealudky a va\u0159te je asi 45\u201360 minut, dokud nezm\u011bknou. Doba se m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it podle velikosti a tuhosti \u017ealudk\u016f, proto je lep\u0161\u00ed jeden kousek ochutnat. J\u00e1tra p\u0159idejte a\u017e na posledn\u00edch 3\u20135 minut, aby se zbyte\u010dn\u011b nevysu\u0161ila. Pot\u00e9 v\u0161e slijte a nechte okapat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0160alotky, \u010desnek, \u010derven\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dky, thajsk\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dky \/ bird\u2019s eye chilli, opra\u017een\u00e9 kemiri a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b terasi nebo m\u1eafm ru\u1ed1c Hu\u1ebf rozmixujte nebo utlu\u010dte v hmo\u017ed\u00ed\u0159i na pastu. Pokud je pot\u0159eba, p\u0159idejte 1\u20132 l\u017e\u00edce vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V hlub\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1nvi nebo woku rozeh\u0159ejte olej. P\u0159idejte bumbu halus a restujte n\u011bkolik minut, dokud pasta nezhoustne, neztrat\u00ed syrovou v\u016fni a olej se neza\u010dne odd\u011blovat a barvit do\u010dervena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte daun salam, galangal, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b citronovou tr\u00e1vu a listy kafrov\u00e9 limety. Prom\u00edchejte, aby se obalily ko\u0159enic\u00ed pastou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko a vodu. P\u0159idejte palmov\u00fd cukr, s\u016fl a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ku\u0159ec\u00ed buj\u00f3n nebo glutam\u00e1t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Va\u0159te na st\u0159edn\u00edm a\u017e m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni, dokud om\u00e1\u010dka nezhoustne, nezredukuje se a neobal\u00ed j\u00e1tra a \u017ealudky. Ob\u010das prom\u00edchejte, aby se kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko nep\u0159ipalovalo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ochutnejte a podle pot\u0159eby dosolte. V\u00fdsledn\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka m\u00e1 b\u00fdt hust\u00e1, v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, pikantn\u00ed a lehce nasl\u00e1dl\u00e1.
