Ob\u010das prom\u00edchejte a se\u0161krabujte p\u0159\u00edpe\u010dky ode dna. Vm\u00edchejte mouku a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak. Za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed op\u00e9kejte 1\u20132 minuty, aby se mouka i protlak lehce zarestovaly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edno a dob\u0159e ode dna rozm\u00edchejte v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edpe\u010dky. Nechte 5\u20138 minut prova\u0159it, aby se v\u00edno \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zredukovalo a ztratilo syrovou alkoholovou ostrost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte hov\u011bz\u00ed v\u00fdvar, p\u0159idejte tymi\u00e1n a bobkov\u00e9 listy. Vra\u0165te maso do hrnce i se \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou, kterou pustilo. Tekutina by m\u011bla sahat zhruba do poloviny a\u017e dvou t\u0159etin v\u00fd\u0161ky masa, maso nem\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u00fapln\u011b utopen\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hrnec p\u0159iklopte a duste velmi m\u00edrn\u011b na spor\u00e1ku 3\u20133,5 hodiny, nebo ho dejte do trouby vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 160 \u00b0C a pe\u010dte p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 hodiny, dokud maso \u00fapln\u011b nezm\u011bkne a neza\u010dne se odd\u011blovat od kosti. V polovin\u011b du\u0161en\u00ed maso opatrn\u011b oto\u010dte a zkontrolujte mno\u017estv\u00ed tekutiny. Pokud by se om\u00e1\u010dka p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 odpa\u0159ovala, p\u0159ilijte trochu v\u00fdvaru nebo vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u011bkk\u00e9 maso opatrn\u011b vyjm\u011bte stranou. Z om\u00e1\u010dky odstra\u0148te bobkov\u00e9 listy a sn\u00edtky tymi\u00e1nu. Pokud je om\u00e1\u010dka \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1, nechte ji bez poklice 10\u201315 minut zredukovat.
