Prom\u00edchejte, kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ive\u010fte k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu varu a v\u0161e p\u0159elijte k masu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte mrkev, n\u00e1dobu zakryjte a va\u0159te v pomal\u00e9m hrnci na n\u00edzk\u00fd v\u00fdkon 7\u20138 hodin, nebo na vysok\u00fd v\u00fdkon 4\u20135 hodin, <strong>nebo<\/strong> vlo\u017ete p\u0159ikryt\u00e9 do trouby p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na <strong>130 \u00b0C<\/strong> \/ <strong>120 \u00b0C horkovzduch<\/strong> a pe\u010dte velmi zvolna asi <strong>4,5\u20135 hodin<\/strong>, dokud maso \u00fapln\u011b nezm\u011bkne.
