D\u00e1vejte pozor, aby nezhn\u011bdl nebo se nesp\u00e1lil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vm\u00edchejte <strong>bagoong alamang<\/strong> a restujte 1\u20132 minuty v tuku s masem a cibul\u00ed. Pasta se t\u00edm rozvon\u00ed a l\u00e9pe ochut\u00ed z\u00e1klad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte raj\u010data. Va\u0159te je n\u011bkolik minut, dokud nezm\u011bknou, nepust\u00ed \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu a neza\u010dnou se rozpadat. Podle pot\u0159eby dolijte mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr, \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159, zelen\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dky a podle chuti i mal\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9 chilli. Va\u0159te je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik minut odkryt\u00e9, aby se om\u00e1\u010dka \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zredukovala a obalila maso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ochutnejte. Pokud je chu\u0165 m\u00e1lo v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, p\u0159idejte je\u0161t\u011b trochu <strong>bagoong alamang<\/strong>.
