V\u0161e prom\u00edchejte, aby bylo maso obalen\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dkou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pek\u00e1\u010d p\u0159iklopte poklic\u00ed nebo dob\u0159e zakryjte alobalem. B\u011bhem pe\u010den\u00ed maso jednou a\u017e dvakr\u00e1t oto\u010dte nebo p\u0159elijte \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na posledn\u00edch <strong>20\u201330 minut<\/strong> m\u016f\u017eete pek\u00e1\u010d odkr\u00fdt, aby se om\u00e1\u010dka lehce zredukovala a maso se na povrchu trochu zat\u00e1hlo. Pokud by se tekutina p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vyva\u0159ila, p\u0159ilijte trochu vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hotov\u00e9 maso nechte p\u00e1r minut odpo\u010dinout.
