Kr\u00e1tce prom\u00edchejte, jen aby se rozvon\u011bly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dku <strong>n\u01b0\u1edbc m\u1eafm<\/strong>, sv\u011btlou s\u00f3jovou om\u00e1\u010dku a kokosovou vodu. P\u0159idejte \u010derstv\u011b mlet\u00fd \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ive\u010fte k varu, pot\u00e9 st\u00e1hn\u011bte plamen na m\u00edrn\u00e9 du\u0161en\u00ed. Va\u0159te \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zakryt\u00e9 asi 50\u201370 minut, dokud maso nezm\u011bkne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke konci va\u0159te odkryt\u00e9, aby se om\u00e1\u010dka zredukovala na tmavou, lesklou a lehce hustou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vu. Ob\u010das prom\u00edchejte, hlavn\u011b ke konci, kdy se om\u00e1\u010dka m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt p\u0159ichyt\u00e1vat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podle chuti dola\u010fte ryb\u00ed om\u00e1\u010dkou, pep\u0159em nebo trochou cukru.
