Maso osolte a opep\u0159ete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V litinov\u00e9m nebo silnost\u011bnn\u00e9m hrnci rozeh\u0159ejte olej a maso po d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch ope\u010dte ze v\u0161ech stran dohn\u011bda. Ope\u010den\u00e9 maso vyjm\u011bte stranou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do stejn\u00e9ho hrnce dejte cibuli a restujte ji asi 5 minut, dokud nezm\u011bkne a neza\u010dne lehce zl\u00e1tnout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte \u010desnek, newmexick\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9 chilli, \u0159\u00edmsk\u00fd km\u00edn, oregano a uzenou papriku. Kr\u00e1tce, asi 30\u201360 sekund, prom\u00edchejte, jen aby se ko\u0159en\u00ed rozvon\u011blo. D\u00e1vejte pozor, aby se \u010desnek ani chilli nep\u0159ip\u00e1lily.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte ku\u0159ec\u00ed v\u00fdvar, jable\u010dn\u00fd ocet a med. Dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte a ode dna od\u0161kr\u00e1bn\u011bte p\u0159\u00edpe\u010dky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vra\u0165te maso zp\u011bt do hrnce a dob\u0159e ho obalte v chilli om\u00e1\u010dce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varianta v troub\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hrnec p\u0159iklopte a vlo\u017ete do trouby vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na <strong>160 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Pe\u010dte\/duste asi <strong>2,5\u20133 hodiny<\/strong>, dokud maso nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke konci zkontrolujte hustotu om\u00e1\u010dky. Pokud je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1, nechte ji chv\u00edli va\u0159it nebo p\u00e9ct odkrytou. Pokud je naopak moc hust\u00e1, p\u0159idejte trochu v\u00fdvaru nebo vody.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varianta na plotn\u011b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hrnec p\u0159iklopte a duste velmi zvolna na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edm plameni asi <strong>2,5\u20133 hodiny<\/strong>, dokud maso nezm\u011bkne. Ob\u010das zkontrolujte, jestli se om\u00e1\u010dka nep\u0159ichyt\u00e1v\u00e1 ke dnu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ke konci zkontrolujte hustotu om\u00e1\u010dky. Pokud je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1, nechte ji chv\u00edli va\u0159it odkrytou. Pokud je naopak moc hust\u00e1, p\u0159idejte trochu v\u00fdvaru nebo vody.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dokon\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hotov\u00e9 maso podle pot\u0159eby dochu\u0165te sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b kapkou octa nebo trochou medu. Om\u00e1\u010dka m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, zemit\u00e1, chilli-paprikov\u00e1, lehce nakysl\u00e1 a jen jemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dl\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pod\u00e1vejte:<\/strong> s tepl\u00fdmi p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00fdmi tortillami, limetkou a \u010derstv\u00fdm koriandrem. Hod\u00ed se tak\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017ee nebo fazole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pozn\u00e1mka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Carne Adovada je j\u00eddlo novomexick\u00e9 kuchyn\u011b, tedy kuchyn\u011b st\u00e1tu Nov\u00e9 Mexiko v USA. Z\u00e1kladem je vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso pomalu du\u0161en\u00e9 v om\u00e1\u010dce z \u010derven\u00e9ho newmexick\u00e9ho chilli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pou\u017eijte <strong>\u010dist\u00fd newmexick\u00fd \u010derven\u00fd chilli pr\u00e1\u0161ek<\/strong>, ne b\u011b\u017enou ko\u0159enic\u00ed sm\u011bs na chilli con carne. Pokud by nebyl dostupn\u00fd, d\u00e1 se nouzov\u011b nahradit sm\u011bs\u00ed guajillo a ancho, ale chu\u0165 bude jin\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U \u010derven\u00e9ho masa je vhodn\u00e9 nechat maso v om\u00e1\u010dce odle\u017eet, ide\u00e1ln\u011b do druh\u00e9ho dne.
