Potom ho slijte, propl\u00e1chn\u011bte a nakr\u00e1jejte na men\u0161\u00ed kousky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vep\u0159ov\u00e9 maso nakr\u00e1jejte na tenk\u00e9 nudli\u010dky. Mrkev a papriku nakr\u00e1jejte tak\u00e9 na tenk\u00e9 nudli\u010dky nebo sirky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maso dejte do m\u00edsy, p\u0159idejte b\u00edlek, Shaoxing v\u00edno, s\u016fl a b\u00edl\u00fd pep\u0159. Dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd \u0161krob a n\u011bkolik minut ho do masa vmas\u00edrujte, a\u017e maso lehce zlep\u00ed a z\u00edsk\u00e1 hladk\u00fd povrch. Rychle ho orestujte na vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm plameni, jen dokud nezb\u011bl\u00e1 a \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b se nezat\u00e1hne. Nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u00fapln\u011b hotov\u00e9. Kr\u00e1tce restujte na st\u0159edn\u00edm plameni, dokud se sm\u011bs nerozvon\u00ed a olej se lehce nezbarv\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte \u010desnek a z\u00e1zvor. Kr\u00e1tce orestujte, jen ne\u017e se rozvon\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ilijte p\u0159ipravenou z\u00e1livku a dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte. P\u0159idejte chilli olej a kr\u00e1tce prova\u0159te, a\u017e om\u00e1\u010dka za\u010dne houstnout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vra\u0165te do woku maso. P\u0159idejte mrkev, papriku a jid\u00e1\u0161ovo ucho. V\u0161e kr\u00e1tce a svi\u017en\u011b prom\u00edchejte, aby se maso dod\u011blalo a zelenina z\u016fstala lehce k\u0159upav\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ochutnejte. Pokud je om\u00e1\u010dka m\u00e1lo v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, dola\u010fte ji \u0161petkou soli nebo trochou sv\u011btl\u00e9 s\u00f3jov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky.
