P\u0159idejte maso, prom\u00edchejte, zakryjte a nechte marinovat v lednici alespo\u0148 n\u011bkolik hodin, ide\u00e1ln\u011b do druh\u00e9ho dne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maso vyjm\u011bte z marin\u00e1dy a dob\u0159e osu\u0161te. Marin\u00e1du sce\u010fte a uchovejte. Ko\u0159en\u00ed z marin\u00e1dy tak\u00e9 ponechte stranou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9m litinov\u00e9m nebo silnost\u011bnn\u00e9m hrnci rozeh\u0159ejte olivov\u00fd olej. Maso ope\u010dte po d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch ze v\u0161ech stran dohn\u011bda. Hrnec nep\u0159epl\u0148ujte, aby se maso neza\u010dalo dusit. Ope\u010den\u00e9 maso vyjm\u011bte stranou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do stejn\u00e9ho hrnce vlo\u017ete oloupan\u00e9 mal\u00e9 cibulky nebo \u0161alotky. Ope\u010dte je ze v\u0161ech stran dozlatova, ale opatrn\u011b, aby se nerozpadly. Vyjm\u011bte je stranou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do hrnce p\u0159idejte raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak a kr\u00e1tce ho zarestujte. P\u0159ilijte scezenou marin\u00e1du a dob\u0159e od\u0161kr\u00e1bn\u011bte p\u0159\u00edpe\u010dky ze dna hrnce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vra\u0165te do hrnce maso. P\u0159idejte kr\u00e1jen\u00e1 raj\u010data, odlo\u017een\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed z marin\u00e1dy, oregano, s\u016fl a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b trochu cukru. P\u0159ilijte asi 150 ml nesolen\u00e9ho hov\u011bz\u00edho v\u00fdvaru nebo vody. Om\u00e1\u010dka nem\u00e1 b\u00fdt moc \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1, ale maso se v n\u00ed mus\u00ed pohodln\u011b dusit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hrnec p\u0159ikryjte a duste na velmi m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni na plotn\u011b, nebo ho vlo\u017ete p\u0159ikryt\u00fd do trouby vyh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 150\u2013160 \u00b0C. Maso duste\/pe\u010dte asi 2\u00bd\u20133 hodiny, dokud neza\u010dne v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u011bknout. Podle pot\u0159eby zkontrolujte mno\u017estv\u00ed tekutiny a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b lehce podlijte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte ope\u010den\u00e9 cibulky, opatrn\u011b prom\u00edchejte, znovu p\u0159ikryjte a pokra\u010dujte v du\u0161en\u00ed na plotn\u011b nebo v troub\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch 45\u201360 minut, dokud je maso \u00fapln\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e9 a cibulky jsou m\u011bkk\u00e9, ale pokud mo\u017eno st\u00e1le cel\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud je om\u00e1\u010dka p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u0159\u00eddk\u00e1, nechte ji na z\u00e1v\u011br kr\u00e1tce zredukovat bez poklice. Podle chuti dosolte, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b p\u0159idejte trochu vinn\u00e9ho octa, pokud chcete v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nakyslou chu\u0165.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm vyjm\u011bte bobkov\u00e9 listy, sko\u0159ici, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dky a kuli\u010dky nov\u00e9ho ko\u0159en\u00ed, pokud je najdete. Posypte nasekanou petr\u017eelkou.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pod\u00e1vejte:<\/strong> s b\u00edl\u00fdm chlebem, r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed, orzem, pe\u010den\u00fdmi bramborami, hranolky nebo bramborovou ka\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pozn\u00e1mka:<\/strong><br>Doba du\u0161en\u00ed je orienta\u010dn\u00ed. U kli\u017eky a hov\u011bz\u00edho krku po\u010d\u00edtejte celkem sp\u00ed\u0161 s 3\u20134 hodinami podle kvality masa. Pokud je maso nevyzr\u00e1l\u00e9 nebo ze star\u0161\u00edho kusu, m\u016f\u017ee pot\u0159ebovat i del\u0161\u00ed \u010das. Hotov\u00e9 je ve chv\u00edli, kdy je \u00fapln\u011b m\u011bkk\u00e9, ale je\u0161t\u011b se nerozpad\u00e1 na vl\u00e1kna jako trhan\u00e9 maso.
