V hrnci rozeh\u0159ejte s\u00e1dlo, \u0161pek\u00e1\u010dky ope\u010dte dozlatova a vyjm\u011bte je stranou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do v\u00fdpeku dejte nadrobno nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli. Restujte ji na st\u0159edn\u00edm plameni asi 8\u201310 minut, a\u017e bude v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlat\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159idejte nasekan\u00fd \u010desnek a nechte ho jen asi 20 sekund rozvon\u011bt. Vm\u00edchejte raj\u010datov\u00fd protlak a kr\u00e1tce ho orestujte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cibuli zapra\u0161te moukou a za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed restujte asi 1 minutu. St\u00e1hn\u011bte plamen na minimum, p\u0159idejte sladkou a p\u00e1livou papriku, km\u00edn a \u010dern\u00fd pep\u0159. Ihned zalijte \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdvaru, aby paprika nezho\u0159kla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postupn\u011b p\u0159ilijte zbytek v\u00fdvaru nebo vody a metli\u010dkou v\u0161e rozm\u00edchejte dohladka. P\u0159idejte bobkov\u00e9 listy a nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed. P\u0159ive\u010fte k varu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brambory nakr\u00e1jejte na kostky asi 1,5\u20132 cm. P\u0159idejte je do hrnce spolu s ope\u010den\u00fdmi \u0161pek\u00e1\u010dky. Va\u0159te m\u00edrn\u00fdm varem asi 18\u201322 minut, a\u017e budou brambory m\u011bkk\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nakonec gul\u00e1\u0161 ochutnejte a dosolte.
